Illegal immigrants haunt Batshu

The Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Edwin Batshu has expressed concern over the growing number of illegal immigrants in the country.

Batshu told Parliament that the government is spending lots of money each year to deport the immigrants. Commenting on State of National Address, the minister asked MPs to join hands in trying to reduce the number of illegal immigrants in the country.

“I urge you MPs to talk to your constituents to try to stop employing illegal immigrants. The government is trying all it can do to solve the problem. We have taken some to courts while others who have been found guilty are in jail,” Batshu said.
