Mpetsane is new NED council chairperson

MASUNGA: Florah Mpetsane was last Friday elected, unopposed, the Council Chairperson of North East District Council (NEDC). The former Vice Chairperson and also the councilor of Matsiloje took over the seat from City Kealotswe.

Dikitso Mandevu was also elected, unopposed, the Vice Chairperson.

The duo represent the Botswana Democratic Party that holds the majority seats in council.
