FRANCISTOWN: Police investigating a brutal fistfight between two alleged love rivals at Mater Spei College have halted their probe.

The scuffle resulted in one student writing his Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) examinations from his hospital bed.

Two male students were involved in a fight last Wednesday, after one of them apparently made moves on his rival’s girlfriend. One the students sustained severe multiple injuries to his body.
