Youth, Culture and Sport Minister Thapelo Olopeng yesterday distanced himself from the Vice President race as reports continue to link him to the vacant post.

“ I am not running for the VP, and I have not been approached to be the Vice President. I am not  involved in the lobbying for or against anyone either, I’m not a factional person, I have never been, “ said Olopeng after a Sunday publication yesterday linked him to a plot to sabotage Tshekedi Khama from the  VP, while the Guardian on Friday reported that Olopeng has been approached to take up the VP post on an interim term, until 2016. “ That  is news to me; I have not been approached to be the Vice President;

I also read somewhere that I have realigned rivalries and I’m working with Isaack Kgosi(DIS Director General), to block Tshekedi Khama; the decision for that post lies solely with the President, he will choose and make his plans known to all of us; but I get angry when this race now starts causing people to soil my name and turning me against my colleagues who know me as a neutral”, Olopeng told The Monitor.

Each of the 10 beautiful young women had supporters...
