Exhibition to focus on property ownership

Organisers of the Property Exposition have identified a niche market to equip Batswana with information on investment and resource opportunities in the property sector. The annual exhibition which showcases property developments, bank financing, construction and building services including architecture design and interior décor, has been revamped and re-named Property, Investment, Lifestyle and Décor Expo.

 

Briefing the media on Friday, Incepta Communications managing director, Thabo Majola said since the inception of the expo, demand for information on property ownership has increased. He said this influenced their decision to re-brand the expo. Majola noted that this ascertains that the expo has been a hit not only with the exhibitors, but also members of the public with interest in property investment.
