Gaborone United (GU)’s Premier League momentum got an unwanted distraction this week after the club suspended three key players, Jackie Mothatego, Mandla Mgadla and Tebogo Sembowa over alleged indiscipline.

Club officials were cagey when contacted for comment although chairperson, Fidelis Nkomazana confirmed they are handling an issue regarding the three players.

“We are attending to that issue. The club has an issue with the players, but it will be resolved,” Nkomazana said.
