FRANCISTOWN: The Debswana First Division North (FDN) began over the weekend with new comers posting a fairly bright start.

Debutants Tsabotlhe held former Premier League side, Miscellaneous to a goal draw in a Serowe derby on Saturday. It was an impressive result for Tsabotlhe considering it was their first time in the First Division and that their opponents were only relegated from the top flight last season.

Another rookie, Kazungula Young Fighters claimed the scalp of former Premier League side, TAFIC in a 2-1 win.
