Tunisia has named 10 foreign based players in the team to face the Zebras in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in Tunis on Saturday. The 25-member squad announced last week will face Botswana and Egypt in the qualifiers. Tunisia face the Pharaohs of Egypt next Wednesday after the Zebras.

The Zebras are already in Tunisia after flying out on Tuesday night, ending anxiety over their departure date. While Tunisia coah Georges Leekens has 10 players based abroad, his Zebras’ rival, Peter Butler has five.  Veteran goalkeeper, Modiri Marumo, captain Joel Mogorosi, Ofentse Nato, now based at Atletico Madrid, Mogogi Gabonamong and Kabelo Dambe are the foreign based players in the 21-member team that travelled to Tunisia.

The game kicks off at 8:30 pm and is live on Supersport. The Zebras return on Monday to prepare for another tough encounter against Senegal on Wednesday. Senegal are expected to arrive without injured striker, Demba Ba who has joined Turkish side, Besiktas from Chelsea.
