Heavyweights prevail in boxing preliminaries

The preliminary round of Keone Mooka Mageu Boxing tournament held at Matsha College in Kang over the weekend did not produce surprises as heavyweights prevailed.

The much-anticipated 52kg flyweight bout between fancied Oteng ‘Terrible OT’ Oteng and Motsebe Keaoboka lived up to expectations and was one the best fights in the tournament.

Oteng narrowly beat Keaoboka 2-1 after the underdog put up a spirited fight.
