Knocked out by a burger

Contenders continue to be knocked down by a burger at the Lansmore Hotel every Wednesday. The Lansmore Burger, The One & Only, continues to reign supreme, with no victors identified as yet for the infamous burger challenge since the February 2014 launch.

Mr Rico Carlinsky, Lansmore Masa Square Executive Chef says  though some have come close, including popular DJ Mdu, none have completed the burger in its entirety in the stipulated time. Now, it’s time to up the stakes and see who’s up for the enhanced challenge!”

“The One & Only Burger” comprises of a 1kg pure Botswana ground beef patty, lettuce, tomato, gherkins, grilled pineapple, cheddar cheese and a creamy blue cheese and mushroom sauce. The challenge? Finish the entire burger within 30 minutes (unaided) and it’s free. You also stand to win P1000 to be spent on any Lansmore Masa Square amenities or offerings, be it at Absolut Gaborone, Espretto, La Touche de Provence, or a stay at the hotel itself.
