Gandari case delays, ATI appears today

The Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) failed to provide the Village Magistrate Court with committal warrant documents of murder-accused deacon of Twelve Apostolic Church, Taku Gandari, on Monday.

 

Appearing before Chief Magistrate Linah Mokibe, Gandari heard that due to the ongoing amendments to the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act some of the witness statements have to be changed to affidavits and vice versa.
