The Committee of Baruti le Dikgosi on Moral Degradation is caught up in a heated debate about the high rate of pregnancies among the young women of Botswana. They just will not agree on where the blame should go but they have all agreed that the blame should go somewhere.

They believe that every group in society should have its fair share of the blame. After all there is enough blame to go around for everyone.

Priest: We the men of the cloth here gathered believe in the spirit of blameworthiness. If the blame fits, let them have it!
