The Players’ Status Committee (PSC) has released Mandlenkosi ‘Sukunyetsa’ Sibanda from his contract with ECCO City Greens on grounds of breach of contract. The PSC convened on June 24 to deliberate on Sibanda’s request to be released saying the club breached his contract.

The Francistown outfit struggled to shell out his dues and the player took up the matter with the PSC with the help of Footballers’ Union of Botswana (FUB).

The PSC released a judgment last week saying that after looking at the documents tendered in evidence, it decided to terminate the contract between the two parties forthwith.
