Thamaga will tomorrow, Saturday, experience a first in politics, as the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) and the Umbrella for Democratic Party (UDC) will be fighting for the heart and soul of the voters.


The parties will be launching their parliamentary and council candidates at different venues in the village at the same time. The BDP’s Tshenolo Mabeo and his team of councillors will be launched at Magalatladi Primary School, while the UDC will be unveiling Kopano Rannatshe and his eight council aspirants at the open grounds in front of Thamaga Hospital.
