Nico bars players from talking to the media

SELEBI-PHIKWE: Nico United players have been barred from talking to the media without the management's consent. Nico marketing manager, Tiro Kganela issued the edict during a dinner organised by the club on Wednesday to welcome new signings.

Kganela said the players are not allowed to give interviews to the media and only members of the executive committee are allowed to talk to the press.

He said the management not the players will be responsible for all statements to the media. Kganela said the intention of the new committee is to create excitement about Nico in the country.
