Board accepts to beef up under-staffed BPL secretariat

Delegates at the Botswana Premier League (BPL) general assembly learnt on Saturday that the Premier League office suffers from acute staff shortage.

The BPL chief executive officer, Bennett Mamelodi said the situation has been made worse by the resignation of finance officer, Thapelo Radifalana.

He informed the assembly that another employee is about to go for maternity leave. “This is where we are experiencing the biggest problems. The secretariat is greatly understaffed,” he said.
