Kamboo returns with A Re Lebogeng

Kamboo’s latest album A Re Lebogeng, his third since he started recording in 2005, is testimony of the Zionist’s passion for gospel music made popular by giants such as Solly Moholo, Masole A Kgotso, Winnie Mashaba and Oleseng. It is not surprising to find similarities between Oleseng and Kamboo’s music. He featured the late superstar in his second album Tlogela Lefufa in 2008 and ultimately won a presidential award the following year. Through the same album he also secured a nomination at the Botswana Musicians Union awards in 2009.
