Be MOBILE pays P4 million to clubs

Rollers pocketed P1million for grabbing the title PIC: KEBOFHE MATHE

Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited (BTCL) through its mobile wing, the sponsors of the be MOBILE Premier League, has paid P4 million to clubs as prize money for the 2013-2014 season.

BTCL communications manager, Golekanye Molapisi said in a statement that the prize money has been credited directly into the clubs’ accounts as per the agreement and direction from the Premier League office.

To enhance relations with the Botswana Premier League, BTCL will once again host the renowned be MOBILE Premier League awards. The event is aimed at celebrating local football by rewarding top achievers of the past season.
