Ceyoho candlelight memorial

The Centre for Youth of Hope (CEYOHO) on Saturday hosted a candlelight memorial as a community mobilisation campaign to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

The event was held under the theme ‘Let’s Keep the Light on HIV’. The theme is intended to send a positive outlook on the pandemic whilst also remembering those who died from the disease. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Lands & Housing will tomorrow host the 31st HIV/AIDS candlelight commemoration at the GSS where former minister Dr Gaositwe Chiepe will be the guest speaker. There will be a variety of entertainment such as drama and choirs from the Department of Surveys & Mapping and the Malete Land Board
