Mosele Legal Services under the hammer

SAGG went to court claiming P92,651.49 against Mosele Legal Services and its director Tshoganetso Base Sebonego. Deputy sheriff Urgent Chilisa will sell eight computer monitors from Mosele, a server, a conference desk, five executive chairs and five office tables at the Broadhurst Police Station in an auction on June 30.

High Court documents reveal that on December 8, 2008 Mosele Legal Service and its director, through their attorney, Plato Gaoboi, tendered payment in the sum of P42,500, which they admitted owing SAGG Investments and disputed the balance of P50,151.49.
