BFA appoints Sethibe as technical director

Botswana Football Association (BFA) has appointed Tlhagiso Sethibe as its new technical director. Sethibe is filling the vacancy created by the departure of Losika Keatlholetswe at the end of last year.

Keatlholetswe has re-joined Premier League side, BDF XI, as coach. Before the appointment of Sethibe, former Zebras' coach, Veselin Jelusic has been acting as BFA technical director. The post was filled after an advertisement and head-hunting. Sethibe holds a post-graduate Diploma in Education, a Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Education.

He is a qualified coach and a football coaching instructor. He has advanced level coaching qualifications from  FIFA, Olympic Solidarity and CAF. He is currently employed by FIFA Development office in Gaborone as an Assistant Development Officer responsible for project implementation, grassroots football development in Southern and Eastern Africa regions, youth football, beach soccer and women football.
