The two co-accused, Paul Paledi and Berndt Astrom were left out of an order that forced the prosecution to provide further particulars to Seretse. Yesterday, defence attorney, Thabiso Tafila, told Mmegi that the duo was not clear on how the order affected them.
“Today’s mention is to seek clarity on how the order affects the two other co-accused and hopefully set trial dates,” said Tafila.
