BCP manifesto promises goodies

If the Botswana Congress Party (BCP) is given the chance to rule, real changes will take place. This is according to the opposition party’s manifesto launched on Saturday.

Among many promises of dramatic change, the BCP will invest in research and utilisation of clean renewable energy programmes such as solar, wind, biomass and beneficiate coal resources.

Households and businesses that utilise renewable energy will be subsidised by the BCP government.
