Justice Michael Leburu has postponed a case in which Botswana Federation of Public Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) seeks to restrain President Ian Khama and director of Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) Carter Morupisi from determining Bargaining Council negotiations.
