Brand Botswana spent an undisclosed amount on fading hip-hop act, Ja Rule recently with the hope that he would market the Botswana Brand and our diamonds on his return to the USA.This week the gauntlet has been thrown.

Hollywood actor Rick Yune is in Botswana for about 14 days for friendship and tourism, courtesy of his long time friend Duma Boko. Brand Botswana can make Yune their friend too, and have him as the Botswana brand ambassador.

As a famous Hollywood actor, Rick Yune needs no introduction and his potential to share the official Brand Botswana story with the rest of his friends and colleagues in Hollywood better than Ja Rule, cannot be denied.
