A Zebras’ side composed of home-based players will host Namibia in an international friendly in Maun on May 7. Zebras’ coach, James Peter Butler will use players plying their trade in the domestic league because the match falls outside the FIFA calendar.

The match has been organised as part of preparations by the two sides for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers that start next month.

Botswana Football Association (BFA) chief executive officer, Keith Masters said they met Namibia officials in Johannesburg, South Africa last week and agreed on the friendly.
