Customer relations and the unpleasant employee
Walk into any supermarket, retail outlet, clothing store or restaurant in the country today and chances are - more often than not - that you will feel as if you are in somebody's way or disturbing the staff in one way or another. Whoever said that "there is never a second opportunity to take care of the customer right the first time", should share that knowledge with the staff we are exposed to every time we leave our houses to go shopping, or out for a meal. FLO RADULL-GOROBA spoke to a few people who shared some of their experiences.
