Tighten Kimberley Process - Tibone
Minerals, Energy and Water Resources Minister, Charles Tibone, says while the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) has yielded positive results in dealing with the problem of conflict diamonds, there is need for players to work harder to make the process more watertight.
