Makhesho Is Back

Busy Visual Arts Calendar Planned For 2007
Expo Botswana has engaged into overdrive and is promising to bring more of the Visual Arts to Botswana in the coming year.

Talking Musika
Stop Kwaito. Exploit Tswana Culture! If the Botswana musicians must turn to 'Kwaito' -whatever that is - for a commercial lifeline, then it must be in a way that is distinctly Tswana. I refer here not to the Se-Tswana language, but to the multiplicity of ethnic subcultures that form the larger culture of Botswana.

Food For The Soul
Nutritional Care For The Heart! A week later and you survived (I hope) the independence festivities with all the hype, hoopla and binging that always come with it! But since this one was the big 40 celebration, it tempted people from all walks of life and led them into overdoing everything - from spending to drinking and eating. And even missing work on Tuesday - ouch!
