Bemba must respect DRC poll The presidential run-off results in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) are finally out, after tortuous months of electioneering and waiting. Joseph Kabila has emerged victorious with 58.05 percent of the vote, while his rival and former rebel leader; Jean-Pierre Bemba got a respectable 41.9 percent.
