Relegation-haunted Mogoditshane Fighters hope to ease their worries when they lock horns with unpredictable Mochudi Centre Chiefs in an all-important Mascom Premier League game at the Molepolole Sports Complex tonight.

No high level coaching for chess Olympiad team
For the second time in a row, the Botswana team to the chess Olympiad will not undergo high level training, an official has said. Tshimologo Kolaatamo of the Botswana Chess Federation (BCF) said they failed to secure a top-level coach and so they decided to hold training camps where players would share ideas among themselves.

Stone Breakers fight for Premier League spot
LETLHAKANE: Stone Breakers manager, Golekwamang Kebannetse has said they will fight hard to make it to the Premier League. He said they were very happy to qualify for the promotional play-offs for the first time. The Letlhakane side made it to the plays-offs after thrashing Chobe United 3-1 in their last MedRescue First Division North game while long-time favourites, Great North Tigers (GNT) were surprisingly held to a 1-1 draw by visiting Miscellaneous.

Eriksson gives youth a chance with Walcott
LONDON: Sven-Goran Eriksson's audacious selection of untried 17-year-old Theo Walcott for his World Cup squad shows just how much he fears losing the creative spark of Wayne Rooney.
