Reteng refutes Ramsay's ethnic report Minority tribes' NGO, Reteng has disputed the ethnic statistics released by presidential spokesperson Dr Jeff Ramsay. The NGO says that Ramsay's version of ethnic distribution in the country in his weekly Tautona Times is wrong.
