The auction follows a court judgment against COCEPWA for a debt of P22,376 and 10 percent interest owed to Vintage Travel and Tours. The auction is also meant to recover collection commission and legal costs. COCEPWA's troubles started in 2004 when it closed its Gaborone offices at Phase 4 leaving its clients high and dry. It has since been operating from Princess Marina Hospital porta-camps.
