Hindering their children's progress?
BOROLONG: Mphane, a settlement approximately eight kilometres west of Borolong along Francistown-Orapa road, is made up of homesteads scattered up to Matome village. Children from Mphane travel 14-16 kilometres daily -to and from school - and subsequently most arrive late for lessons, which start at 7am.

Makgadikgadi Pans walk a success
MAKGADIKGADI: Despite the fatigue, blisters and aching feet that dominated the three-day Makgadikgadi pans 150 km walk, the event was a success. Every walker was determined to beat the challenge and complete the walk bearing in mind its purpose - charity fund raise for Y Care Charitable Trust.

Fashion police envy Tlou's 'funky' hairdo
Only members of her immediate family and a few people in the United States know what sort of hair health minister, Professor Sheila Tlou, wears.
