Our increasingly autocratic and insensitive governance
The more one thinks and reads about the draft Liquor Act regulations, the harder it is to imagine what could have prompted the government to consider anything so potentially disastrous. This makes the regulations seem like the latest episode of arbitrary decision-making, for which our government appears to have developed a strong inclination.
