Vee's Oldies Favourites At MCE Show
MOLEPOLOLE - Odirile "Vee Wa Mampela" Sento gave party revellers value for their money during Molepolole College of Education's Valentine's show. He started his performance with the high paced "O bathusi" from his latest album "Ntja Mme". Vee proved his worth in music circles when he diligently performed songs from his old album titled "Taku Taku". He played "Taku Taku" and "Letlhale", which mesmerised fans to sing along and dance. Vee also showed his old dancing styles as well as the latest steps as he was backed by Stem Rico dancers who were out to prove that being finalists in My African Dream Talent search was no joke.

We Need Some Education On Jazz
From my hospital bed I was able to listen to Radio Botswana all day and night as I did when I first worked there in 1972. The music programming has absolutely no depth. I say this in support of my earlier call for a proper musician to be stationed at the 'information services complex'. I am particularly incensed about the treatment of the Sunday jazz slot, which carries a legacy started by that pioneer of the radio station, 'Rakgadiatsone' Nonnie Pilane.

Food For Thought, Diet For Stress!
It is only February but it feels like October for a lot of people, particularly those in the workforce. The animal called stress has set in, and with all its tenacious tentacles it is fast gripping the soul and diminishing the strength of individuals. The beauty - if one can call it that - is that stress can be managed very effectively with a good diet and sound lifestyle.
