Budget Of No Innovation
Gaborone Central MP, Dumelang Saleshando said in Parliament last week that the proposed budget for the financial year 2006/2007 lacks innovation. He said Finance Minister Baledzi Gaolathe has not differed in his budget with what former president Sir Ketumile Masire presented in the 1970s when he held the same portfolio.
