A budget of hope and expectations
On Monday, the nation’s eyes and ears would be glued to television sets and radios when the Minister of Finance, Baledzi Gaolathe delivers the 2006/2007 budget speech. Individuals, communities and various interest groups have expectations from the speech. For public servants, the hope is that the budget should bring a pay increase.
