FRANCISTOWN: A few years ago, the laid-back Finance and Development Planning Minister, Baledzi Gaolathe elicited rare laughter at a public rally when his tongue and brain failed to work in unison. Instead of ‘Tsholetsa,’ the 65-year-old father of three shouted ‘Pula’ at a rally to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) in Francistown.
