Barclays gives sports P800,000
Barclays Bank donated P800,000 to the Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC) youth football project - Re Ba Bona Ha - on Tuesday. The programme benefits all youth aged between five and 17 years. The bank raised the money through its Miles Ahead Overland Expedition.

Big Fish lands at BGU
It is now official. Former Premier League Committee (PLC) administrative secretary, Comfort "Big Fish" Ramatebele, is the new executive secretary of the Botswana Golf Union (BGU). His contract runs until 2008.

Prisons XI shop for coach
FRANCISTOWN: Relegation haunted Prisons XI are desperately searching for a coach after the redeployment of Emmanuel Letshwiti. The club has put out a media advert in a bid to find a replacement for Letshwiti. Team manager Winston Ditirwa told Mmegi Sport yesterday that after the advert, applications have been pouring in.
