The first-ever Cycle Your City ride, organised by the Gaborone Cycling Club and proudly sponsored by Mascom, was held on April 9, starting and finishing at Northside School. Over 300 entrants, of all ages, abilities and on all sorts of bikes, enjoyed a fun bicycle ride through the heart of Gaborone, using small roads, greenways, parks, schools, shopping centres and river valleys, ticking off many of the major Gaborone landmarks along the way.
