I was struck by the recurrence of the phrase “IT has no boundaries” during the deliberations of the Information Technology conference that was held in Gaborone last week. WITFOR Declaration To Be Presented To UNESCO
The just ended World Information Technology Forum (WITFOR) conference adopted a proposal called the “Gaborone Declaration”, which will be presented to the UNESCO general assembly.
