Needed Change
First there was the Minister of Local Government, Margaret Nasha apparently confirming that she had thanked a long serving BDP driver by making him a specially elected District Councillor.

Zimbabwe Does Not Need Political Intervention Anymore
It was the 15 of July that I received a cell phone message informing me that there is going to be a prayer fasting for Zimbabwe. I took it lightly at first but one night when I was just relaxing at Mokolodi with drinks full on my table I thought of the message and home. I just remembered that someone is failing to get food for subsistence in Zimbabwe as well as other countries.

Alien Religions Cause Mental Slavery
Indigenous religion reflects the totality of a people’s identity, pride and being. It is the sole socio-cultural framework within which a people can function as a cohesive unit, and without which they cannot advance. Religion also provides the psychological guard that prevents exploitative foreign ideas from taking root in the psyche of a society.

Oh Chilume!Give Us Less Self Pity
At first sight, Mr. Chilume’s lucid if afrocentric piece on the values of ancestor worship seemed well-informed, novel and amusing. But, reading to the end, one realises that it is yet another whining, self-abasing, Us Poor Africans, chunk of facile polemic “knocking” Christianity and Whites in general.
