An Assertive Or Aggressive Manager?
We all know as employers how competitive the markets we operate in are. We also know how low our tolerance levels are for (what we consider) poor staff performance. However, we do not always know what to do with poor performers.

Market Rebounds To New High
The week ending September 2, was eventful for the local stock exchange as the Domestic Company Index (DCI) rebounded to a new high. Analysts at Stockbrokers Botswana that tracked the market last week said the DCI closed at up to 3379.50 points with robust activity across the board (venture capital and main board).

A Musician
They are leaders in fashion trends. Most of the hairstyles pasted on the walls of the salons are borrowed from popular music stars. Music as an art is based more on talent. But there are many talented people out there. So it is luck and hard work that often separate the successful from the rest.
