Two vices that can be eradicated Filth and wanton littering in some parts of Botswana and the madness that characterise driving in the country are major ills that should raise concern in society. Recklessness has been a defining characteristic of driving on the country’s roads. Otherwise, how else does one describe the behaviour of some people on the roads, particularly public service vehicle drivers?
