Soccer Task Force makes progress
The Task Force appointed to probe the allowances for Zebras players will hand over its report before the end of next month. The chairman of the Task Force, Justice Key Dingake said he is impressed by the progress they have made. He revealed that they have interviewed almost all the key people in Botswana football. The Task Force was appointed last month after players threatened to boycott an international match against Morocco in Rabat unless they were paid higher allowances. Dingake said the input of the Zebras’ players was excellent during the interviews. “They engaged us very constructively. I think the sense of maturity they demonstrated deserves praise,” he said.
