Straight talk to ‘Big Brother’
Perhaps of all interactions between Botswana and South Africa, this week’s state visit by President Festus Mogae could prove to be the most effective. It is probably the first time Botswana has clearly spelt out the feelings most prevalent among its people and their relationship with a “Big Brother” next door.
