Wading unfamiliar waters
His first days as the executive director of Botswana Council of Non-Governmental Organisations (BOCONGO) were quite frightening. The former headmaster of Linchwe Community Junior Secondary School, Baboloki Tlale, was not familiar with the day-to-day operations of BOCONGO. But one thing kept him going. He had a dream to turn around the status of the civil society in Botswana.
