Botswana Government Fighting Imaginary Enemies
Many people may have watched Botswana’s third Tautona deliver this year’s Boipuso speech on BTV. The speech, among other issues, cautioned Botswana citizens against some foreign adventurers who together with their local recruits make fame and fortune out of tarnishing Botswana’s good image. Tautona also made stern reference to local Cassandra figures who are hell bent on spouting petulant negativity.

Men Need Brothels... Just An Intro
A brothel is a house where men pay to have sex with prostitutes (Longman Contemporary English Dictionary).

Let us fear God
It is very sad indeed that in a nation in which the HIV /AIDS scourge has ravaged so many families because of, amongst other things, sexual immorality, someone should make the kind of suggestions that Mr Bugalo Chilume has made in his column”Men Need Brothels...Just An Intro”. The Bible tells us that God created man in His image and commanded him to be fruitful and multiply and to have dominion over the animals which He had already created. Since God is not an animal who lacks control over Himself, but is a Person of great beauty, dignity and honour, man is, like God, full of beauty, dignity and honour ‘ and it is a great insult to God to compare man to an animal or to assert, as Mr Chilume does, that “mankind is part...[of the animal kingdom].”
