In just a matter of two weeks, we have had two classic examples of barbarism and we ask. Why now? We thought this types of barbarism were buried and forgotten in the last Millennium. No! We were only fooling ourselves.

The barbarians are still at the gate, only this time, they are more vengeful, cloaked in colourful dresses and they speak sugar-coated language.

It was only last week when one misguided MP attacked the press and called for government to impose an advertising ban on certain media so that they are beaten into submission. Before the hot air spewed by the MP could cool down, comes yet another shocker. One of the bravest and perhaps lonely voices in academia against government ills, Professor Kenneth Good, is issued with a presidential deportation order.
